Rev. Xina Raley is a certified Reiki Master / Teacher of the traditional Usui method. She is an ordained minister of the Ministry of Light Interfaith Church, and has also completed the first level in Living the Circle of Shamanic Healing. Xina holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Parapsychic Science, and is working on her masters in Holistic Ministries. Xina provides compassionate, safe, and professional services.

In 2002 I started the New Year with health concerns. These "problems" were only the beginning to all the many changes in my life. Little did I realize that these "problems" were actually blessings in disguise, and all that I had been learning and studying since 1984 would all come together!

I opened my store, Whispering Hoop, the summer of 2004 in Solomon's, Maryland. I wanted a safe place for people to come to find the answers and tools they needed to progress on their journey through life. I sold the store to Shari and Michele in March of 2006, so that I could take care of my mother after she became ill. They renamed the store Inner Equinox , and have grown and expanded. I work at and still participate in activities they have at the store, and feel very honored that they are so welcoming and sharing of their store with me and with everyone.

New Moon Hoop
This is a leaderless group in that we all sit in a circle as one. Each woman is asked to own and honor the work we have been asked to do by adding her own energy, ideas, dreams, prayers and sacred thoughts to make the circle whole. Women are Sacred. During the new Moon, women rededicate themselves to resting and renewing our bodies and spirits beginning with honoring the sacred connection between our womb and the cycle of Grandmother Moon. Understand that rest is needed during our moon-time to allow for rest, cleansing, care of our bodies and our energy. We must proclaim this time for women - for ourselves! This ceremony restores energy to the healer within so we can heal others during the next moon cycle. The circle is safe and nourishing to each sister in the circle. This is an ancient women's hoop of all nations/people.

Come together with pure intent to supporting the healing Mother Earth and the restoring of balance of male and female healing energy. We meet within 4 days of the New Moon - a birthing moon. Bring some simple food to share for the food round, or flowers for the circle, or candles/sages circle materials as you are guided to do so.

A deeply relaxing and healing experience, which creates an internal shift that begins an emotional, mental and physical cleansing. Reiki is a perfect complement to all other healing and medical treatments. It will not interfere with medications or procedures, other than to make them more effective and the person more comfortable. It will speed up the healing process.
